Service Policies

These policies help Palace Cleaning Services protect our clients, our workers and the quality of every appointment.

Website prices are starting estimates. Your final quote depends on the size and condition of the space, requested time, service frequency and selected extras. We confirm the final price with you before service begins. Work requested after arrival may require an additional charge and your approval.
02 Scheduling and cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, repeated changes or being unable to enter the property may result in a fee, but any fee will be disclosed before your appointment is confirmed. Same-day and rush requests start at an additional $35.
03 Home access, pets and preparation
Please provide safe access, working water and electricity. Secure pets when needed and tell us about pet hair or special concerns in advance. Put away cash, jewelry, medications, important documents and fragile valuables before the team arrives.
04 Safety and service limits
For worker safety, we may decline or stop work involving hazardous materials, bodily fluids, active infestations, dangerous mold, aggressive animals, unsafe ladders or heavy furniture moving. Please disclose unusual conditions before booking so we can decide whether the job is within our current service level.
05 Payment, satisfaction and damage
Payment is due when service is completed unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing. Please report a cleaning concern or possible damage within 24 hours and include photos when possible. We will review the concern and, when appropriate, arrange a reasonable touch-up. Palace Cleaning Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear or improperly secured items.
06 Customer privacy
The estimate form prepares a text message and does not store your answers on this website. Information you send is used only to review your request, communicate with you, schedule service and complete the cleaning. We do not sell customer information. Necessary job details may be shared only with the cleaning team assigned to your service.
